Purpose of This Guide

This guide helps clients set up their own Meta Ad Account and payment method. Lemonox will only manage the ads. The client will remain the owner of the Facebook Page, Instagram account, Ad Account, and payment method.

English: Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1

Login to Meta Business Suite

Go to business.facebook.com and log in using the Facebook profile that owns or manages your business Page.

Step 2

Create a Business Portfolio

If you do not already have a Business Portfolio, click Create Business Portfolio. Enter your business name, your name, and business email address.

Step 3

Create a New Ad Account

Go to Business Settings → Accounts → Ad Accounts → Add → Create a New Ad Account.

Enter an Ad Account Name.
Select your correct Time Zone.
Select your preferred Currency.
Choose My Business and create the account.

Step 4

Add Your Payment Method

Go to Billing & Payments → Payment Methods → Add Payment Method. Add your Visa, Mastercard, or supported card.

Your card will be charged directly by Meta only for your advertising cost.

Step 5

Grant Lemonox Access

Go to Business Settings → Partners → Add → Assign a Partner. Enter the Lemonox Business ID provided by us.

Ad Account: Full Control or Manage Campaigns
Facebook Page: Full Control or necessary Page access
Instagram Account: Access if Instagram ads are required
Pixel: Access if website tracking is required

Step 6

Confirm Setup

After access is granted, inform Lemonox. We will check the setup and start preparing your campaign.

        Important: Lemonox cannot manually withdraw money from your card. Meta charges the card automatically for approved advertising costs only.

Business Portfolio එකක් සාදන්න

Business Portfolio එකක් නොමැති නම් Create Business Portfolio තෝරා business name, your name, සහ business email ඇතුළත් කරන්න.

පියවර 3

New Ad Account එකක් සාදන්න

Business Settings → Accounts → Ad Accounts → Add → Create a New Ad Account වෙත යන්න.

Ad Account Name ඇතුළත් කරන්න.
නිවැරදි Time Zone එක තෝරන්න.
Currency එක තෝරන්න.
My Business තෝරා account එක සාදන්න.

පියවර 4

Payment Method එකතු කරන්න

Billing & Payments → Payment Methods → Add Payment Method වෙත ගොස් ඔබගේ Visa / Mastercard හෝ support කරන card එක ඇතුළත් කරන්න.

Meta විසින් advertising cost පමණක් ඔබගේ card එකෙන් charge කරයි.

පියවර 5

Lemonox වෙත Access ලබාදෙන්න

Business Settings → Partners → Add → Assign a Partner වෙත ගොස් Lemonox Business ID එක ඇතුළත් කරන්න.

Ad Account: Full Control / Manage Campaigns
Facebook Page: Full Control හෝ අවශ්‍ය access
Instagram Account: Instagram ads අවශ්‍ය නම් access
Pixel: Website tracking අවශ්‍ය නම් access

        වැදගත්: Lemonox ට ඔබගේ card එකෙන් මුදල් ලබාගැනීමට හැකියාවක් නැත. Meta Ads සඳහා approved advertising cost පමණක් Meta විසින් charge කරයි.

Business Settings → Accounts → Ad Accounts → Add → Create a New Ad Account செல்லவும்.

Ad Account Name உள்ளிடவும்.
சரியான Time Zone தேர்ந்தெடுக்கவும்.
Currency தேர்ந்தெடுக்கவும்.
My Business தேர்ந்தெடுத்து account உருவாக்கவும்.

Payment Method சேர்க்கவும்

Billing & Payments → Payment Methods → Add Payment Method சென்று Visa / Mastercard அல்லது supported card சேர்க்கவும்.

Meta, உங்கள் advertising cost-க்கு மட்டுமே உங்கள் card-ஐ charge செய்யும்.

Lemonox-க்கு Access வழங்கவும்

Business Settings → Partners → Add → Assign a Partner சென்று Lemonox Business ID உள்ளிடவும்.

Instagram Account: Instagram ads தேவையானால் access
Pixel: Website tracking தேவையானால் access

        முக்கியம்: Lemonox உங்கள் card-இல் இருந்து நேரடியாக பணம் எடுக்க முடியாது. Meta approved advertising cost-க்கு மட்டுமே charge செய்யும்.
      

Client Checklist Before Sending Access

Facebook Page is active and belongs to the client.
Business Portfolio is created.
Ad Account is created with correct currency and time zone.
Client payment card is added successfully.
Instagram account is connected, if Instagram ads are needed.
Lemonox Business ID has been added as a partner.
Required permissions are granted.
