1. Overview
At Lemonox.net ("we," "our," or "us"), we provide digital products, software solutions, website development services, and professional consultation. Due to the nature of digital goods and services, our return policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business.
Important: By purchasing any digital product or service from Lemonox.net, you acknowledge and agree to this Return Policy.
2. Digital Products (No Return Policy)
Due to the intangible, irrevocable nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or returns on the following items once the product has been delivered or accessed:
- WordPress themes, plugins, and custom code
- PHP/MySQL scripts and applications
- Downloadable software, templates, and source files
- Website templates and design assets
- License keys, access codes, or subscription-based digital products
Exception: If a digital product is proven to be defective or not as described, we will provide a replacement or fix the issue within 14 days of purchase.
3. Custom Development Projects
For custom website development, WordPress customization, PHP/MySQL applications, and other bespoke services:
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins
- Once a milestone is approved and paid, that portion is non-refundable
- Unused deposits may be transferred to another project within 90 days
- We offer 30 days of free bug fixes after project completion
4. Refund Eligibility for Services
Refunds for services (TripAdvisor profiles, Google Business Profiles, etc.) are considered on a case-by-case basis:
- Before work begins: 80% refund (20% administrative fee)
- After work has started: No refund for work already completed
- If we fail to deliver: Full refund within 5 business days
- Client changes mind: No refund after work has been submitted for review
5. Subscription Services
For ongoing services like website maintenance, hosting, or SEO packages:
- Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime with 7 days notice
- Annual subscriptions: Prorated refund for unused months (minus 10% processing fee)
- No refunds for partial months already billed
6. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To request a refund, replacement, or report a defective product:

- For defective products, provide screenshots or error descriptions
We will respond within 2-3 business days and resolve the issue within 14 business days.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us:
- Your access to all products and services will be suspended immediately
- You will be permanently banned from future purchases
- We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks
- All chargeback fees will be billed to you (typically $20-$50)
8. Digital Product Delivery Issues
If you did not receive your digital product after purchase:
- Wait 15-30 minutes for automated delivery
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Ensure you provided the correct email address
- Contact us with your payment receipt for manual delivery
Legal Basis: This Return Policy is governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
